At Lewis Companions Home Care , we are looking for caring, dependable, and compassionate caregivers who are interested in making a positive difference in the lives of our clients by providing quality home care services.

Caregiver qualifications and screening checklist:

Must be at least 21 years old

Must be a legal U.S. resident

Must be friendly

Must be reliable

Must be compassionate

Must be flexible

Must be trustworthy

Provide proof of legal U.S. residency

Participate in interview

Provide at least two personal/business references
-
Proof of negative tuberculosis (TB) test

Background / criminal history check
-
Proof of valid license, car insurance, and reliable car ( if providing transportation)

Complete caregiver orientation/training
